Charles manages the development, support, and maintenance of HTA’s information and quality control systems. As Data Manager he has built an in-depth knowledge of the business’s document management systems and integrates these effectively across the business.

Charles takes an interest in AI and technology advancement; this informs his approach to researching and developing new systems and policies with the IT team.

He oversees project auditing, ensuring that project information is archived and managed in accordance to company policies and professional project development standards. He also maintains HTA’s document management systems (Deltek PIM & OpenAsset) which is backed by his experience in archiving.

Charles keeps the team is trained and up to date with key aspects of data quality, improving the information that HTA provides through internal and external systems.

Crucially, he manages the business ISO certification and the prevention and reporting of data breaches, conducting of business wide training and testing.
