David has more than 20 years of experience in leading residential and mixed-use masterplans and large-scale regeneration projects with housing associations, housebuilders and developers. He has successfully negotiated planning consent on a number of high density, complex, and award winning housing schemes across London by liaising with the GLA, development corporations, local authorities and wider stakeholder groups.
David is skilled at negotiating complex planning applications, gaining approval for the largest social housing project in the UK and delivering over 400 affordable homes for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. He has been integral to some of London’s largest social housing and estate regeneration projects for HTA, including the Aylesbury and Winstanley Estates.
David’s has an aptitude for team leadership, concept design and presenting. He is a effective and experienced project leader who is adept at managing complex inter-disciplinary design teams to collaboratively work through all project stages.
