Denise Bell
Senior Sustainability Consultant

Denise is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at HTA. Her role allows her to apply her training as an architect and urbanist to her deep passion for creating sustainable solutions that enrich communities and protect our planet.

Denise brings her training in Passivhaus to achieving excellent outcomes on our residential projects. Her knowledge of BREEAM infrastructure enables her to advise our landscape team on the most sustainable approaches for the delivery of new sustainable public realm.

With over two decades of experience in the public and private sectors, Denise brings a comprehensive perspective and a rich background to her work as a sustainability consultant. Prior to joining HTA, she worked at BRE in the capacities of Senior Quality Auditor and as Associate Auditors Team Leader, roles in which she developed a detailed understanding of sustainability standards and certification processes.

Whilst working for Canary Wharf Group, Denise enriched her knowledge and capabilities in the role of Senior Sustainability Manager leading the development and implementation of sustainable design and construction strategies across an extensive portfolio of hi-tech buildings.
