Architectural Assistant

D’relle takes on a various task within the architectural design team. He supports more senior designers and architects with anything from planning documents to 3D printed models. He often produces supporting imagery communicating concepts and translating technical drawings into approachable and simplified pieces of information.

D’relle joined HTA In September 2020 shortly after graduating from Central Saint Martins. Since joining the practice, he has gained design experience working on a number of mixed use Co-living schemes in and around London, exploring new typologies of urban and high density living.

D'relle's key skills

  • Communication design, producing planning visuals across a number of different projects. 
  • 3D Generalist, preparing 3D models for Printing, visualisations, diagrams or illustrations
  • Technical drawings, Exploring interesting spatial configurations and layouts 

D’relle worked on a significant part of the design and planning application for the Castle Pub tower. The scheme is Co-living development providing a total of 462 new homes to the London borough of Ealing.  His role consisted of supporting senior members of the team to produce documents for planning and community consultation. He also produced illustrative diagrams and visuals to support the design of the scheme.

College Road is a significant addition to the South London skyline. The tall building located in Croydon provides a new urban living typology consisting of 817 homes. D’relle worked with our interiors team to design the communal areas of the scheme, producing visualisations of specific zones within the building that help foster a sense of communality.
