As HTA’s Studio Manager based in the London office, Erica reports to Colin, the Partner for Premises and works in collaboration with each of the Practice team managers. They are responsible for line managing and overseeing the work of the Catering team and ensuring the effective day to day running of HTA’s London studio. In addition to collaborating with other staff to ensure the smooth running of HTA’s Manchester and Bristol studios. Erica’s key responsibilities are the maintenance of the Premises and Facilities, Health & Safety, Emergencies & Security, as well as Executive Assistance. In the current climate Erica is responsible for organising our Return to Work management meetings and implementing actions to ensure our offices are compliant with the governments guidelines on working safely during COVID-19.

Erica has experience in support roles with the industry having previously worked as studio manager at BDG architecture + design who are part of WPP and specialise in workplace architecture. Subsequently she worked at Adjaye Associates’ London office before moving as part of the team who relocated from the UK to Accra, Ghana to set up a new office in West Africa. In what was a constantly a changing role Erica was integral to the growth and success of the Adjaye Associates Ghana office.
