Hodeis joined HTA in August 2019 as a graduate Sustainability Consultant having completed her MSc in Sustainable Architecture at the University of Sheffield. She also holds a bachelor’s degree and masters degree with Distinction, both in architectural engineering.
Hodeis has worked to ensure the sustainable performance of several of our large-scale residential schemes. Her skill set ranges from developing sustainability strategies for early-stage projects and planning applications, focused on sustainable energy solutions and circular economy approaches as well as overheating, daylight, sunlight and overshadowing assessments.
She is experienced in BRE guidance, Part L and Part O regulations, daylight and sunlight requirements, reduction of Net Zero Carbon emissions, building fabric, renewable energies, and renewable systems in the built environment.
