Hodeis joined HTA in August 2019 as a graduate Sustainability Consultant having completed her MSc in Sustainable Architecture at the University of Sheffield with a background in architecture and holding MArch.  

Prior to joining HTA, Hodeis worked for architectural practices and gained valuable experiences in detailed design where she has been certified in several software skills as well as researching on the practical aspect of architecture, sustainability, post occupancy evaluation, visual comfort and thermal comfort during her MSc course. Hodeis’s portfolio includes variety of services with a special interest in sustainability aspects of design. 

At HTA, Hodeis has worked on several large schemes, delivering daylight and sunlight analysis, energy statements. She is particularly using her advanced skills in dynamic thermal modelling and MBS for daylight simulations. She has been mainly involved in preparing assessments for the pre-planning and planning stages as well as collaborating with the design teams to ensure the improvement of building performance and occupants’ satisfaction through initial concepts of design to the final drawings. 

Her projects for HTA include the assessment of large schemes such as the College road, the Lakes, Fore street and Old diary. 

Hodeis is currently working on large schemes such as Aylesbury in Southwark, Kidbrooke park (Site TT) and The Wiltern. She has as also worked on Joyce and Snells, Moorfield, Wansley Road and Union Street in Aldershot.
