Iain’s experience lies in the design development of small- and large-scale residential projects, providing design leadership that aims to uphold design integrity and innovation across scale – from masterplan through to detail. He curates designs which are appropriate, viable, sustainable, and ultimately uplifting for the people that experience them.
Iain typically leads design teams for large mixed-use urban regeneration projects from early feasibility stages through to successful planning outcomes. His experience in the residential sector expands beyond private sale and affordable tenures to include build-to-rent and PBSA accommodation. Iain recognises the importance of working with stakeholders to identify and integrate successful site-specific mixed-use components in design proposals.
Iain provides a mentoring role to work colleagues as part of the HTA mentoring programme.
