Ian joined HTA in November 2017 following his successful Chartership and is now currently involved in a number of residential led projects across London. 

Ian has worked on projects both in the UK and the Middle East, previously working at SSH International on Kuwait Children’s Hospital and proposals for Innovation Centre Kuwait as well as a resort and residential developments. His UK experience was formed at Macfarlane Associates where he worked on design development for planning submissions through to tender packages for public realm, leisure, mixed use, student and residential schemes, as well as involvement in a number of successful masterplan bids.

He has played a significant role on concept development and as project landscape architect on Worcester Cathedral Square for Salmon Harvester, Lead landscape architect on Wellington Street,Woolwich regeneration scheme, Canal View,Bahrain and project landscape architect on the lake regeneration and establishment at Green Park Village, Reading for Berkeley plc.

Ian is working on the delivery of Stage 4 packages for New Avenue, Enfield  for client Countryside Properties, Block 1 and Block 5 Winstanley and York Rd regeneration for Taylor Wimpey, and the Greenford Quay Block 5 Stage 5 Construction for Tide.  Ian is also involved with planning proposals and assisting on masterplan bids.
