Jaya Indran
People & Inclusion Manager
Jaya joined HTA Design in 2022 as the People and Inclusion Manager. Her main responsibility is to provide professional support and guidance for HTA’s people related projects and policies.
Her remit includes recruitment, training and development, employee relations, organisational change, reward and recognition, performance management, EDI, and employee wellbeing.
In collaboration with the Head of HR, Jaya participates in special projects related to diversity & inclusion and social value outreach.
Jaya has a great passion for HR analytics and operations and is committed in maintaining a welcoming and inclusive working environment.
