Senior Landscape Architect

Malwina joined HTA in April 2021. She is a senior landscape architect with over 10 years’ experience in Europe, UK and the Middle East. She started her career in Poland working on small and large scale commercial and residential schemes and has continued her development expanding her knowledge within the UK landscape scene since moving to England in 2008. 

She is a talented and diligent Landscape Architect, proactive in problem solving and has ability to engage with, and align, the extended team such that the best outcome for the design is achieved.

Malwina strongly believes that good working relationships and collaboration internally and externally, are key to delivering high quality design and always seeks to establish positive relations with the design teams, clients and stakeholders.

Since joining HTA Malwina has taken over the day-to-day running of Plumstead West Thamesemead residential development for Berkeley Homes. She is responsible for delivering all stage packages for the various phases of the scheme, from s73 site wide planning applications, reserved matters applications for individual buildings, through tender and construction packages all the way to completion.

She is also taking on the Royal Arsenal Riverside planning and design delivery stages for the remaining portion of the public park and podiums of the last blocks of the masterplan.

Prior to joining HTA, Malwina has worked for Gillespies and Cameo and Partners, managing a range of public realm and residential developments for clients from the private sector. She had delivered tender and construction stages for a number of phases of the Nestle Factory redevelopment in Hayes for Barratt London, working alongside dMFK and Makower Architects. Most recently she was also responsible for producing a tender package for a high end office and residential development in Dublin with Henry J Lyons Architects.

She was the key team member delivering post planning stages and supervision on site for Riverlight, a residential development designed by RSHP for Berkeley Homes in Nine Elms London. Malwina was also heavily involved in delivering masterplan proposals for a revised panning application for Royal Arsenal Riverside in Woolwich with Allies and Morrison for Berkeley Homes - a large public park running through the development linking the Royal Arsenal with the river, alongside semi private gardens associated with the individual blocks. The first project she was involved at Gillespies was Masdar City in Abu Dabi. A carbon neutral city, designed by Foster and Partners. She was involved in the design and tender and construction packages for the first phase of the development.
