Malwina is a dedicated and skilled Landscape Architect with over 15 years of experience in the UK. She has a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large, complex projects for demanding clients.

Since joining HTA, she has taken on a significant multi-stage, multi-phase project for Berkeley Homes in Plumstead. Over the past three years, she has successfully delivered both technical and planning stages for various plots within the scheme.

She is also overseeing the delivery of Dagenham Green masterplan for Peabody and Hill, managing the design stages for the various phases, with multiple work streams running concurrently.

Recently, Malwina successfully delivered a planning submission for Royal Arsenal Riverside Plots D and K, a residential development by Berkeley Homes in Woolwich, which she will be taking through the subsequent technical RIBA stages.

Malwina excels in problem-solving and can align the extended team to ensure the best design outcomes. She builds strong working relationships with design and client teams and delivers exceptional results.
