Mattia is an Interior Designer at HTA, specialising in Build to Rent and co-living schemes with a particular focus on the design and delivery of residential amenities. He leads interior packages through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, ensuring that the creative vision is carried through to construction.
With expertise in spatial design, joinery detailing and material specification, Mattia brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project. He balances creativity with technical precision, collaborating closely with architects, consultants and clients to deliver interiors that are both visually compelling and commercially aligned.
Passionate about user-centred design, Mattia’s work responds to how people move through and experience space, what they see, touch and feel. Drawing inspiration from context, history, materiality and emotional resonance, he creates interiors that feel intuitive, layered and grounded.
