Pauline started at HTA in April 2016 as architectural assistant.
Prior to joining HTA, she worked in several medium and small scales design practices in France and Belgium, specialised in healthcare, mixed-use and residential projects. She also worked in a London based interior design studio on five-star hotel projects.
She developed in her diploma a proposal for the densification and reinvestment of traditional residential schemes. The idea was based on a framework allowing householders to create new high-quality housing by exploiting the asset value of their plots. This project has been mentioned for a young talent prize. Since then, she has worked on various residential projects at all stages, as part of a team or autonomously.
Pauline has been working on Greenwich Creekside project, a volumetric offsite manufacture scheme for Essential Living and a Built-To-Rent development.
She is currently working on a 220 homes project in the latest phase of Elephant Park for Lendlease. The scheme is organised between an 18-storey tower and two 11-storey mansion blocks, including commercial and retail spaces at ground and a landscaped communal amenity podium. Pauline is also involved as Architect as well as BIM specialist on other large scale residential schemes, especially for offsite manufacturing.
