Pejman joined HTA Design’s London team in December 2019 as an Architectural Assistant Part II. During his time at HTA, Pejman has worked on many key projects including Bellamy Close & Byng Street, Barking Riverside and Belmont Chalk Farm.
Prior to that, he also worked for Golzari NG Architects & MDR associates for a lengthy period on various Projects, such as Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Public buildings. Having worked for three years before starting his post-graduate studies. He undertook his MArch at The University of Westminster with a distinction. He won the Burrell Foley Fischer Prize for his final thesis project. Pejman is particularly interested in innovative approaches to housing and regeneration and has been exploring these through his academic work and in practice.
He designed an urban plan for affordable housing, market and farm in Cuba that aimed to create a sustainable community within a sustainable environment. He brings some great experience from practice, having contributed to the design of a range of projects from feasibility schemes to developing planning applications for housing and commercial projects as well as producing planning information for regeneration scheme of 191 council homes in Hounslow, London and detailed design for construction.
At HTA, Pejman has been putting his design skills to good use, working on Belmont Chalk Farm, Stanley Road Acton and Bid projects.
