Raffaele joined HTA in January 2020 and is currently working on Wood Wharf Project, Buildings G1 and G5.

Raffaele has experience working on schemes of different scales, from small house renovations to high volume residential and mixed-use projects for major UK Developers, Housing Associations and Contractors in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining HTA he worked at CZWG Architects on projects across all design stages, from design feasibility and planning submission to on-site construction.

In over 10 years at CZWG Architects Raffaele worked on a variety of schemes. He was the leading architect of the main building in the Oaklands development, a mixed used regeneration project of 605 apartments and commercial units. He was the project architect of the Poplar Baths residential building comprising of new 60 units for social rent. Raffaele was also part of the team who delivered the Vermilion building, part of the Rathbone Market regeneration masterplan in Canning Town.

At HTA Raffaele is one of the project leaders of the Blocks G1 and G5 of the Wood Wharf Masterplan, a mixture of serviced apartments of different sizes, amenity spaces and retail units. He is currently working on delivering the stage 4 drawing package.
