Raffaele is a Senior Architect at HTA, he joined the practice in January 2020. He has experience working on schemes of different scales, from small house renovations to high volume residential and mixed-use projects for major UK Developers, Housing Associations and Contractors in both the public and private sectors. He has a particular skill in understanding and managing design requirements to time and budget.

Raffaele has a particular interest in researching the needs of local communities, translating this into social value outcomes. This has led to quality design responses that reflect the needs of local people. As an advocate of inclusivity, Raffaele pays special regard to ensuring his designs respond to accessibility and disability issues.
