Richard Foxley
Associate Partner, Senior Architect

Richard has developed a career focussed on the delivery of housing and placemaking; striving for public-realm and people-led design excellence to deliver exemplary outcomes for our clients. He has experience in leading design teams to deliver large-scale, mixed-use, complex buildings, masterplans and estate regeneration schemes. Hi expertise lies in design, delivery and management of projects, bringing with it significant commercial experience.

Through his work Richard has developed specialist understanding of build-to-rent projects, as well as design for offsite manufacture. He collaborated on the design and deliver one of the largest build-to-rent schemes in the country and one of the tallest modular towers in the world. Richard is a vocal advocate for offsite construction, and brings this enthusiasm to his speaking engagements.

In his role as an Associate Partner at HTA, Richard runs our Edinburgh studio, overseeing an extensive portfolio of projects across the whole country for a wide range of clients in both public and private sectors.
