Stefanos is the Landscape Team's BIM Coordinator, leading the team and providing day-to-day guidance on projects requiring BIM implementation. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining the team's BIM resources as well as training colleagues to upgrade the level of BIM knowledge across the team.
Having developed an open design approach, he has been involved in a range of projects, from pre-planning stages to tendering and construction.
Projects that he has got involved are the South Quay Plaza residential-led development, the regeneration of Cator Park in Kidbrooke, the Stephenson Street development in West Ham and the award-winning restoration of the Water Gardens in Hemel Hempstead originally designed by Geoffrey Jellicoe.
Stefanos has previously worked for BD Landscape Architects, where he developed experience on public realm regeneration, educational projects and residential developments, being involved on schemes like the Kings Pond Club in London, the Newcastle University's Urban Sciences Building and the Old Vinyl Factory development in Hayes.
He has a strong architectural background including participations in various international competitions and academic research on collaborative design processes.
