Stephanie joined HTA in 2014 as HR Manager and has since become a Chartered member of the CIPD and progressed to become the Head of Human Resources.
Stephanie plays a key role within HTA’s senior management team when it comes to setting and aligning people strategy, as well as supporting and managing our people-focused practices. Working with the HR Advisor, her remit is all encompassing and includes recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Stephanie is involved in coordinating HTA’s Investors in People accreditation process, she Chairs our People Forum and she is a key member of HTA’s Diversity & Inclusion Group, our Black African Caribbean Collective (BLACC@hta), as well as a co-founder of the industry’s Architecture Race Forum. She is pivotal to HTA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies and associated activities.
