Senior Associate, HR Manager

Stephanie joined HTA in 2014 as HR Manager and has since become a Chartered member of the CIPD and progressed to become a Senior Associate.

As HR Manager Stephanie plays a key role within HTA’s senior management team when it comes to supporting and managing our people-focused practices. Working with two HR Advisors, her remit is all encompassing and includes recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives. 

Stephanie is involved in coordinating HTA’s Investors in People accreditation process, she Chairs our People Forum and she is also an active member of HTA’s main Diversity & Inclusion Group, our Black African Caribbean Collective (BLACC@hta), as well as a co-founder of the industry’s Architecture Race Forum. She is pivotal to HTA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies and associated activities.

Prior to Stephanie’s appointment to HTA, she spent 3 years working as HR Advisor for the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, where she provided HR support to an employee population of c. 270. Stephanie was awarded ANZ’s Global HR Recognition Award in 2012 for significant achievements on two key HR projects. Prior to working at ANZ, Stephanie spent a number of years working as a HR Generalist for Creative Skillset where she was involved in shaping the strategic HR agenda, as well as being responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the HR department.

Stephanie is passionate about people and creating a sense of belonging for everyone in the workplace.
