As HR Manager Stephanie’s key role is to work with the practice Partners to develop and implement HTA’s people-focused activities and policies. Her remit is all encompassing and includes recruitment, training and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and diversity & inclusion.

Prior to Stephanie’s appointment to HTA, she spent 3 years working as HR Advisor for the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank), where she provided HR support to an employee population of c. 270. Stephanie was awarded ANZ’s Global HR Recognition Award in 2012 for significant achievements on two key HR projects.

Prior to working at ANZ, Stephanie spent a number of years working as a HR Generalist for Creative Skillset where she was involved in shaping the strategic HR agenda, as well as being responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the HR department.

Stephanie was instrumental in assisting Creative Skillset to achieve Investors in People (IiP), as well collaborating with colleagues to achieve diversity related awards. Stephanie has more recently transferred her knowledge and experience of the IiP process and diversity & inclusion to HTA, working with the business to successfully achieve IiP accreditation against their new Standard, and to roll out and champion a programme of diversity & inclusion related training and activities for all staff.
