Stephanie joined HTA in 2014 as HR Manager and has since become a Chartered member of the CIPD and progressed to become the Head of People & Inclusion in 2022.
As a Senior Associate, Stephanie plays a key role within HTA’s senior management and leadership team when it comes to setting and aligning people strategy, as well as supporting and managing our people-focused practices. Working with the HR Manager and HR Advisor, her remit is all encompassing and includes recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, wellbeing, and equity, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Stephanie is involved in contributing to HTA’s BCorp accreditation process, she chairs our People Forum and is a key member of HTA’s Diversity & Inclusion Group, our Black African Caribbean Collective (BLACC@hta), as well as a past co-founder of the industry’s Architecture Race Forum. She is pivotal to HTA’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies and associated activities.
Stephanie is passionate about people and enjoys collaborating with others from across the practice to bring HTA’s vision and values to life, creating a sense of safety, satisfaction, and belonging in the workplace.
