Sue joined HTA in 2019 as our Chef Manager and brings over 29 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry to our London Studio. She creates weekly menus with global influences for our team, developing themed menus for name months and catering for studio events.
Sue has in-depth knowledge of dietary requirements and specialises in creating adaptable menus which ensure everyone can enjoy varied and delicious meals. She seeks inspiration from her relationships with the London team and builds menus that reflect our identity.
Sue is essential to HTA’s BCorp objectives, creating stringent stock and waste controls and adapting our menu to be 90% vegetarian and vegan in the interest of reducing our carbon footprint.
