T-J works as part of the IT team to set up, maintain and support the IT systems across all of HTA’s UK studios. Based in Edinburgh he works with our team in Scotland, whilst providing remote support across the practice as needed.
Since joining HTA in 2022 T-J has been involved in providing day to day support and troubleshooting for the IT inventory and software portfolio. He has worked on the testing and rollout of new productivity software and has assisted with the testing of new products and technologies and with the deployment for those that are found to be useful additions to the practice toolbox.
As part of the continuous process of keeping the practice secure as well as flexible, T-J has prepared new solutions for mobile device management and authentication, working to improve the security of HTA’s mobile devices and protect our data from loss or theft.
