Wen joined HTA in September 2016 as Part II Architectural Assistant and has involved in a number of mixed-use residential projects at various stages, assisting on competition bids and project developments.

Wen finished her master degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in Urban Design in 2016. Prior to, she majored in Architecture Design in HQU University which had not only enhanced her understanding of a wide variety of design and planning conditions, but also heightened her ability to devise bespoke solutions.

High Street East, Brentford:
The proposal consists of two 9-10 storey buildings and provides 225 build to rent homes associated amenity spaces including landscaped courtyard, sky lounge and roof terrace. Wen has been assisting the detailed drawings and relevant documents for planning submission.

Olympic Way, Wembley: The proposal occupies a key site within Wembley Park, providing buildings ranging in height from 13-21 storeys with a single storey commercial ‘drawers’ (1050 ㎡) that restoring active frontage to the processional route towards Olympic Way. Wen has taken a key role in elevation design development, as well as engaging in working details.

East Grove MP4 Elephant Park, Southwark: Two adjacent sites on plot MP4 of the ongoing regeneration masterplan of Elephant Park. The scheme includes an 18-storey tower and two 11-storey mansion blocks. The proposal is to deliver 222 homes including build to rent apartments, ground floor workspace and affordable housing around a central podium courtyard. Wen continued to take the key role in developing elevation strategies and assisted in producing drawing package and tender package.

Currently she is working on Dollis Valley - the third phase of the masterplan for Dollis Valley Estate Regeneration, delivering 631 mixed tenure homes. Wen will get involved in producing the technical design packages.
