Our research into global projects confirms Co-Living to be a brilliant model to counteract urban loneliness, combining well-designed private living studios with a huge variety of managed communal amenity spaces. This research helped inform the London Mayor’s Co-living policy and set the standard for a new generation of shared living models, including delivery of the world’s tallest volumetric modular building.
