We were commissioned in 2016 to deliver the full design solutions for marketing this new mixed tenure development in Clapham for Notting Hill Genesis.
Our scope included the creation of all brand assets; digital, print and physical; the design of the marketing suite, cartography, floorpan and local area brochures, media, advertising and site hoarding.
Part of the brief also included the direction of photoshoots to ensure that the target demographic was well represented within the project photography.
We also created a 'Make it your own' wall, which enabled potential purchasers to select bespoke wall finishings to each home, using paint swatch paddle options.
The campaign also included a full site hoarding, with a section of oversized and illuminated advertising facing the main road.
We worked with the client and extended consultant team to coordinate a cohesive brand delivered through each part of the collateral.
This included a collaboration with interior designer Studio Morton, to ensure the show homes were 'on brand' and within palette.
