Phase 3 of the Phase of Dollis Valley Estate regeneration masterplan involves the demolition of several existing slab blocks, and the completion of Dollis Valley Drive. This important new connection links the regeneration scheme to the rest of Barnet, and together with the new dwellings will complete the core of the masterplan.

Along the new avenues apartment blocks will help establish the hierarchy of streets representing built form and material character of the major masterplan elements.

Within this phase, the second east-west street lined with two and three storey houses with articulated roof lines will be completed, formimng a key element of the urban strategy for the Dollis Valley masterplan. The streets and avenues in Phase 3 will comprise house types that are designed to respond to the specific local site conditions, designated housing needs of Dollis Valley Estate tenants and also appeal to the wider market.
