We are now on site at Elephant Park, plot H11a, and alongside our architectural services, we are designing the interiors for Lend Lease. Our commission covers the apartment design, communal spaces and the amenity design for block C - the Build to Rent block.
We are looking at 118 apartments, a full ground floor including reception, leasing suite, lounge areas, back of house and service spaces. On the first floor, we have a garden room leading out to the landscaped podium connecting the building to blocks A and B. The garden room is designed to bring the feeling of bringing the outside in, to a co-working and lounge space.
On the eighteenth floor, we have four separate spaces, all interspersed with roof terraces. A lounge space with spectacular views across London, a gym with an outdoor yoga space, a private dining room - bookable for parties, and two small meeting or activity rooms are all available for residents to utilise.
