Our first Sales & Marketing job for Lazari Developments having been formed at the beginning of the financial year 2017. 

The site is based in High Holborn adjacent to the Rosewood hotel, WC1. 

The development comprises A1, A3 and A4 retail space and 11 floors of office space including basements, two roof terraces, bicycle parking and a disabled bay. 

The client requested that the brand didn’t reflect the relief on the front of the building nor reflect the history of the surrounding area so instead the influence was taken from the building interiors and the fabrics used in the reception. 


High visibility hoarding was installed on High Holborn road, with a section of building wrap displaying the brand when the space wasn’t in use. A holding page was built initially with a full website being developed in the meantime to ensure presence online. 

Marketing material was developed with the client and the marketing agents CBRE and ALLSOP.
