The new 1500 home masterplan weaves the landscape deep into the new community subdividing the new settlement into segments of varied urban grains, sizes and densities. The foundation of the masterplan is opening up a new country park, designed to enhance the natural environment and increase biodiversity as well as being a new destination for outdoor pursuits and recreation with lakes and new landscapes, sports and outdoor activities.

To ensure that our design will create and support a community that is as inclusive and sustainable as possible, the homes are deliberately diverse.
