The application for the Land North of Grant Road will deliver a mixed use scheme on vacant land marking the first step of the wider Winstanley and York Road regeneration. The Application includes 3 buildings; Block A - an Affordable Housing block; Block B - a community building delivering a school and church and Block C - a 20 storey residential tower with commercial uses at ground floor.

The wider scheme, designed jointly by architects from HTA, Henley Halebrown and Figure Ground with landscape architects Farrer Huxley, will deliver 139 new homes, purpose built premises for a popular and expanding local college and a replacement chapel. A relocated, multi-use games area is also incorporated within the scheme with associated planting and public realm improvements.
