Makers Dock is a new build development of 11 shared ownership homes located within a larger development. HTA's Communications team were commissioned by Peabody to create a bespoke brand approach and sales and marketing literature to help market the homes.

We took an approach that created a newspaper style sales brochure, but that featured a focus on some of the local start up and creative businesses in the local area.

We also created a social media campaign, approach to advertising and an onsite approach to street frontage signage.
