Notting Hill Genesis commissioned HTA to review and refresh the existing brand for Broomfield at Aspire. The main purpose of the brand refresh is to generate new interest in the development and advertise the Shared Ownership properties which are still on sale. By keeping the name Aspire and creating a campaign approach to collateral and messaging we have brought a new life to the overall brand.
The campaign aims to inspire a younger generation who may still be living at home with parents to think of the possibilities that home ownership may give them. Using the name of the development, Aspire, we have created a series of messages that showcase different positives of having your own space including hosting parties, cooking dinners, decorating and hanging pictures.
