Saffron Square is a mixed use development of 755 residential units, commercial floorspace and a new public square in the centre of Coydon on a site of less than one hectare.

The development comprises a landmark 45 storey residential tower and apartment blocks with extensive roof gardens and terraces, ground floor commercial units for cafés, bars, retail, gym or office use centred around a large new public square.

With its planting and water feature, the landscaped heart of Saffron Square will offer a safe and attractive environment for people to engage, rest and play - creating a welcome focus for the new quarter and for Croydon as a whole.

HTA Landscape worked on the scheme with architects Rolfe Judd, who designed the scheme.
