A £20 million package will aim to attract world-class entrepreneurial talent to Dundee. Proposals for the “groundbreaking” project have been unveiled by developer Our Enterprise. The project is currently being drawn up by HTA and includes a new square opposite the Malmaison hotel that focusses on a new “Design and Innovation Quarter” for the city, inspired by the arrival of the V&A museum.
The scheme will incorporate street facing ‘design, make and sell’ units with co-living rental homes stacked above. These will offer occupants high quality city-centre living with shared facilities such as shared dining areas, a cinema and gym as well as additional office space.
