HTA worked closely with Pocket Living to develop 18 new homes on the former garage site at Willingham Terrace in Camden. All homes are one bedroom apartments, available for an affordable tenure occupation. Each home is designed to Pocket specification, with amenity space provided via gardens, including allotment, central courtyard and private gardens to ground floor properties. Materials reflect local context using London stock brick, with timber screening and grey metal cladding panels to the upper floor set back. Services provided include Feasibility and capacity studies, Planning application, tender package and full construction drawings.

The site is one of a number of projects working with Pocket and contributes to an increased diversity of homes in the area while repairing the urban grain and creating a modern design that echoes its context.
