• Collaborate openly. We bring our experience, but we value the ideas and skills of others who enrich the process and the outcome.

• Prioritise nature. People thrive near nature. We embed landscape and ecology into every design and propose shared green space where it’s lacking.

• Design for safety and inclusion. Everyone deserves to feel safe. We shape layouts that support safety for all, especially girls and underrepresented groups.

• Learn from loved housing. The places people cherish are those that endure. We study their qualities, character, adaptability, and craft, and build on them.

• Build better in factories. Offsite construction reduces waste, improves quality, and makes building safer and more efficient—for people and for places.

• Put people before policy. We’re guided by design quality, not just compliance. If regulations fail to support great places, we challenge them.
