• Stage 4: Technical Design – Translating design into a buildable coordinated technical construction-ready package.
• Stage 5-6: Construction & Handover – Offering support during construction and into handover, helping the contractor deliver against the agreed design intent and assisting the client team as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
• Stage 7: Use – post occupancy evaluation and feedback, to inform future success.
