Offsite opportunities are considered from the outset to ensure the right strategy for each site. Our portfolio includes landmark schemes such as College Road in Croydon and Ten Degrees, the world’s tallest modular towers, delivered using volumetric construction.

In 2020, HTA Partners Simon Bayliss and Rory Bergin authored The Modular Housing Handbook, published by RIBA, sharing our approach to modern methods of construction with the wider industry.
