Colin is a Partner and Project Director at HTA, leading our design teams in the delivery of complex housing projects. His experience spans estate regeneration, build to rent, and suburban and rural extensions across the UK.
At Acton Gardens, Colin led the team delivering a large-scale estate regeneration programme of 2500 homes and mixed-use spaces. At Elephant Park, for Lendlease, Colin leveraged our experience of DfMA to achieve considerable efficiencies during construction. At Greenford Quay, Ealing, Colin led a multi-disciplinary design team to obtain permission for a 2000 home build to rent neighbourhood with a single planning application.
Colin’s work on the award-winning restoration of 75 Wallis Road transformed a Victorian plastics factory, creating a sustainable 21st century workplace and a new permanent home for our team in London.
