The Architects’ Journal, in partnership with Architects’ Action for Affordable Housing (AA4AH), have published their second housing supplemet: Good Homes for All 2.0
Good Homes for All 2.0: How Architects Can Help Deliver Housing demonstrates how architects can be utilised to deliver high numbers of housing. Featuring 15 case studies of housing schemes from around the UK, the publication makes the case for affordable homes to be viewed as an investment for the country. By prioritising architectural expertise, and stronger public and client leadership, we can deliver affordable housing with longevity.
Taking drawings, viability and project data, the publication demonstrates that intelligent density can deliver better streets, stronger communities and more sustainable outcomes.
