Braund Mansions wins a Silver Award at this year’s Scottish Design Awards in the Affordable Homes category!
The first building to be completed within the Winstanley and York Road Estate regeneration, the scheme transforms a vacant brownfield site into 126 climate-conscious, 100% affordable homes. Informed by extensive consultation and community engagement, the project prioritises homes and shared green spaces designed around the needs of the residents.
