Moredunvale Park is shortlisted in the Public Realm/Landscaping Category. Designed by HTA’s landscape team for the The City of Edinburgh Council, the project has transformed a 5-hectare expanse into a community-led greenspace and play park. Delivered in collaboration with AtkinsRéalis, Anderson Bell + Christie Architects, artist Peter McCaughey / Wave particle, and Will Rudd Davidson, the new amphitheatre and skate park introduces over 200 new trees and improves biodiversity whilst bronze sculptures tell the story of local resilience and pride.
Braund Mansions has been shortlisted in the Affordable Housing category. The first building to be completed within the Winstanley and York Road Estate regeneration, the scheme transforms a vacant brownfield site into 126 climate-conscious, 100% affordable homes. Informed by extensive consultation and community engagement, the project prioritises homes and shared green spaces designed around the needs of the residents.
The Glasswork is shortlisted in the Residential Category. Part of Greystar’s Greenford Quay masterplan and delivered by Tide & Vision, the project provides 354 build-to-rent homes. The scheme draws inspiration from the site’s industrial and Art Deco heritage whilst utilising an innovative volumetric modular approach that enabled delivery in just 17 months.
