Sutton Estate is shortlisted for NLA Mayor's Prize

We are delighted to announce that Sutton Estate has been shortlisted for the Mayor's Prize in this year's NLA Awards.

Selected by Greater London Authority officers and the Mayor's Design Advocate, Jonathan Hagos, the award recognises projects that have made a positive contribution to London. As one of just five shortlisted schemes, Sutton Estate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea delivers sustainable, 100% affordable homes while carefully conserving the Edwardian Baroque character of the formerly derelict estate.
