The newest phase of Kidbrooke Park Road was recently visited by Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, Housing Secretary Angela Rayner, Minister Matthew Pennycook, alongside Tom Copley Hon FRIBA.
Royal Borough of Greenwich's Kidbrooke Park Road delivers 452 much needed family homes. Designed by HTA and built by Durkan for Greenwich Council and Greenwich Builds, the project transforms previously inaccessible brownfield land into beautifully designed net-zero, 100% affordable council homes with biodiverse landscaping, active play, a nursery, and community centre.
