Modular construction is quicker, safer and more reliable than traditional construction, with less disruption to local communities. Research by the University of Cambridge and Edinburgh Napier University shows the Vision volumetric modular system can reduce embodied carbon by more than 40%.
Our modular work spans build to rent, co-living, student accommodation and hotels. It includes Ten Degrees and College Road in Croydon, and Greenford Quay in Ealing, the UK's largest modular build to rent development.
