Anna Lewandowska

Anna has extensive experience in build-to-rent, student housing, and long-stay hotels. She has played a key role in every phase of the design process, from initial concepts and planning through post-planning and technical delivery. Anna excels in managing challenging design programs while ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.

One of the highlights of Anna’s career is her significant contribution to the Wood Wharf development, where she was instrumental in delivering Plots G1 and G5. Before joining HTA, she also worked on the design of a Paragraph 55 house in the Surrey Hills.

Anna understands the importance of teamwork in architecture and is committed to fostering strong collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. She believes that effective collaboration is essential for delivering community-focused projects that meet both creative and practical goals.
