Architectural Assistant (Part II)

Anya has experience working across both pre-planning and delivery stages of large-scale residential and build-to-rent projects. She joined HTA after moving to the UK from New Zealand in 2024, where she spent three years working in private residential architecture.

Since joining HTA, Anya has contributed to the evolving redevelopment of the Treaty Centre in Hounslow, specifically supporting pre-planning design for the build-to-rent element of the scheme. She is also supporting the Construction Management Team on the first phase of the Dagenham Green masterplan, contributing to technical due diligence and site coordination.

Anya brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to her work, with a strong interest in delivering context-sensitive, high-quality housing that enhances community and resident wellbeing.
