Chris Brierley
Architectural Assistant (Part II)
BA(hons), MArch(Dist)

Whilst at HTA, Chris has contributed to a variety of projects working across RIBA stages 0-5, most recently the estate regeneration of Heston Grange in Hounslow. He has supported the scheme through detailed planning design, resolving technical and spatial challenges, while engaging with residents and coordinating with consultants.
Chris has also worked on large scale masterplanning, including Aylesbury Estate Phases 2C and 3, and the vision document for Antelope Road. His experience spans suburban design, through his involvement in Whittingham Hospital; and retrofit design, having contributed to the 22 storey co-living tower, Quadrant House in Sutton.
In addition, Chris has supported the delivery of social housing designed to Passivhaus standards in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The scheme’s scale and generous site allowed for the inclusion of a new public park for the local community, alongside two private courtyards for residents.
He is passionate about sustainable design and sensitive place-making, with a strong commitment to creating homes that serve residents, support communities, and respect the needs of the planet.
