Christopher Thomas
Senior Architectural Technician

Chris joined HTA as Senior Architectural Technician in 2019. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his work from previous experience of technical delivery across built environment sectors.

Motivated by providing solutions to our most complex projects, Chris is instrumental in the technical design and delivery of our residential schemes such as Kidbrooke Park north and south.

As a skilled all-rounder, prior to joining HTA, Chris gained experience of large-scale infrastructure, through his work on Heathrow Terminal 5’s rail station and interchange, to sporting and leisure, when working on the Glasgow Velodrome. He has also worked in the retail sector on major shopping complexes, on office developments, and on the refurbishment of listed buildings.
