Colin is a Partner and Project Director at HTA, leading our design teams in the delivery of complex housing projects. His experience spans estate regeneration, build to rent, and sub-urban and rural extensions across the UK.
At Acton Gardens, Colin led the team delivering a large-scale estate regeneration programme of 2500 homes and mixed-use spaces. At Elephant Park, for Lendlease, Colin leveraged our experience of DfMA to achieve considerable efficiencies during construction. At Greenford Quay, Ealing, Colin led a multi-disciplinary design team to obtain permission for a 2000 home build to rent neighbourhood with a single planning application.
Colin’s work on the award-winning restoration of 75 Wallis Road transformed a Victorian plastics factory, creating a sustainable 21st century workplace and a new permanent home for our team in London.
