Evita Spyropoulou
Senior Architect

Evita is a Senior Architect with experience in the UK and EU. She joined HTA in 2016 and works across large-scale residential and mixed-use projects including affordable housing, private sale and built-to-rent schemes.

Evita has expertise in managing complex project coordination and challenging design programmes whilst achieving high quality delivery through her thorough approach to design development and project detailing. Evita typically leads a large team of architects and technologists on various projects from early stages to planning, post planning and technical stages. Her role involves project running and client management, production, and external coordination.

Evita is a member of the Architect’s Registration Board and the Technical Chamber of Greece. She also holds a master’s degree in urban design from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. Evita has built a personal portfolio of regeneration, reconstruction and residential development proposals and research for development sites in the UK and overseas.
